This year's teacher valentine gifts are marshmallow pops. We used strawberry marshmallows dipped in chocolate and some with pink sugar crystals.
This was super easy and the kids had fun making them (and eating a few too). You have to like marshmallows to like these, but they are totally fun to eat. We stuck with strawberry marshmallows since they are pink and this was for valentine's day, but I had no idea the selection of marshmallows available. There were toasted coconut, caramel and vanilla, chocolate and vanilla and strawberry.
